This third and final of the 3 self-care workshops is designed to focus on opening the hips and back. The key to this will also be to use the shapes in a way that both strengthens & stabalises, but also gently opens and relaxes. The lower back region will also be heroed, an area of the back that often tightens up especially during the winter time. We will use the ground for support, alongside rocking, movement with breath and moments of stillness. Think of this one like your MOT! Leave feeling more balanced and relaxed.
